SHEPARD FAIREY MURAL ON THE WATERTOWER

On behalf of Bernstein & Andriulli, Jacqueline Peu-Duvallon made the application and hearing presentation to LPC for a master plan for painted murals by Shepard Fairey on the water tank atop 190 Bowery - a rare example of LPC approving an art installation.  Architectural drawings were supplied by AYON Studio Architects, and Mr. Fairey was assisted in painting the mural by Overall Murals.
