ROOFTOP AND SIDEYARD ADDITION

An 1845 Greek Revival house in the Greenwich Village Historic District.  Advised on the design of the additions, and developed the historic narrative that supported the argument for appropriateness.  Developed the LPC presentation in coordination with the architect, Steven Harris Architects, and presented it at public hearings before the community board and LPC.  Rendering by Steven Harris Architects.
